Our Spearmint oil is rich in carvone. Spearmint is stimulating, soothing and perfect to add to a foot massage oil – having a typical minty- camphorous aroma, it can be used in a diffuser and will freshen a damp, muggy odor. Spearmint is more subtle than peppermint oil.
